Our experience of Giant Solar has been consistently very good. From our initial call to ask whether they would be able to do our job (involving terracotta tiles), through to quoting and installing (using their own installers), they were pleasant, informative and helpful, highly professional and everything happened on time and as it was supposed to. It's early days with the actual installation, but it's started off well. We would like to say that Daniel, who we have dealt with throughout, could hardly have been more helpful, and his assurance that the company is there for us (or if we sold the house for the next owners) for the long term, is very reassuring. All in all a very satisfying experience.
No cheap garbage on this roof! After we decided we were ready for solar we reached out to many companies for quotes, off the bat and during the whole quotes process Goliath were front runners. They were the ones that put in the hard yards in explaining the whole process, what system would suit us better and what brands to look for and what to avoid. They never once assumed it would sell itself or take anything for granted. They know their stuff and in the end we only wanted a company that showed they could give the best experience, provided amazing service, and a great product.
I cannot recommend the team at Goliath Solar and Electrical enough if you want a stress free solar installation experience. Furthermore, their quotation was extremely competitive, and I don't think you will find a better price for the knowledge, quality of work and service you receive from dealing with them.
