Benefit from their knowledge
I was impressed with the engineering knowledge and honesty of the sales rep I spoke too. He wasn't trying to up-sell his product or badmouth competitors. He found out what I wanted to achieve and designed a system with me that best suited my property.
Even though mine wasn't a huge system, he patiently answered my questions and configured a quality system.
Primero did a great job on our 8.6 KW solar installation. The feed to the carport from the switchboard was difficult but the team managed to come up with a good solution with no extra holes in the interior walls of our townhouse. They also fitted a 32 amp outlet for EV charging which is super convenient. I chose Primero because they use their own people for installations and have a good reputation. The Inspector commented that it was one of the best installations he had seen. I thoroughly recommend the Primero team.
Martin and the team did a great job on our solar installation. Everything was organised perfectly, all our questions answered and the work carried out to the highest standard. Very professional indeed and highly recommended.
