After a slight initial hiccup in contacting the Aidan, the quote came through quickly and discussions went smoothly. It was good having explanation on how the panels would work on our slightly unusual 2-phase system as well as discussions around our usage, potential for batteries, EVs etc.

The team was punctual, courteous, tidy and efficient. Got everything done despite a spell of rain. The wrong inverter was installed due to wholesaler error but it was replaced within a week with no problems once we alerted them of the mistake.
