Huawei releases new inverters in Australian

Huawei has recently released its new SUN2000-50KTL-M0 and SUN2000-60KTL-M0 commercial inverters to meet the ever-increasing requirements of the C&I energy market.

The SUN2000-50KTL-M0 and SUN2000-60KTL-M0 inverters have made significant strides in achieving reliability and safety says Huawei. With six MPPTs and two strings per MPPT (12 strings in total), the short-circuit current will never exceed 10A under any circumstance, making DC fuses entirely obsolete. Traditionally, metal fatigue and DC fuse de-rating can cause a high fuse failure rate says Huawei, with risks increasing significantly after the fourth year. Huawei’s fuse-free design greatly reduces the O&M cost of replacing fuses while improving safety.

The SUN2000-50KTL-M0 and SUN2000-60KTL-M0 inverters are fully sealed achieving IP65 protection rating with high environmental adaptability. They can also be used in humid, salt-mist, desert and any other harsh environments.

Huawei’s SUN2000-50KTL-M0 and SUN2000-60KTL-M0 inverters are equipped with six MPPTs which efficiently adapt to different layouts. Compared with three to four string/MPPT design, the Huawei inverters result in lower power loss from string mismatch, while significantly achieving higher yields.

The Huawei SUN2000-50KTL-M0 and SUN2000-60KTL-M0 are configured with 0.5% high-accuracy sensors in every string input side for real-time current & voltage monitoring, string-level management and optimisation. They automatically generate fault alarms and provide O&M suggestions for efficient site maintenance.

With the C&I solar market gaining momentum in Australia, both the Huawei SUN2000-50KTL-M0 and SUN2000-60KTL-M0 are CEC accredited and ready for Australian businesses and consumers.
