Todae Solar and St Vincent’s Health Australia are furthering their relationship with the upcoming rollout of an additional 790kW solar to be installed.

Situated across five sites in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, the additional solar installations will bring the total system size to almost 4.1MW of rooftop solar power.

Todae Solar was originally contracted by St Vincent’s in 2016 to complete a 2.7MW solar system across 16 sites. Then in 2017, Todae Solar once again designed and completed an additional 600kW solar system.

This impressive three phase rollout of solar panels is a testament to St Vincent’s commitment to sustainability practices and reducing their carbon footprint.

The ongoing relationship that Todae Solar shares with St Vincent’s Health Australia is indicative of the high quality installations that the team at Todae Solar strives to complete.

A representative from St Vincent’s Health Australia noted that “across the installation process, we have been nothing but happy with the work that they have done, whether it be aesthetically, or the fact that there was no business disruption to any facility at any time.”

Healthcare facilities including hospitals and aged care facilities are among some of the highest users of electricity, due to critically important equipment to ensure patient safety.

Many businesses operating in the healthcare industry are choosing to install solar electricity to cover the rising costs of patient care.

Furthermore, the cost saving benefits due to the addition of solar electricity provide healthcare companies the opportunity to reallocate funds to more essential healthcare items.

Solar for healthcare has become a critical energy saver within the industry.
