150kW Solar Power System at Yarram & District Health Service

Energis has complete the installation of a 150kW solar power system at Yarram & District Health Service located in the southeast of Gippsland at 85 Commercial Rd, Yarram VIC 3971.

With large roof spaces and intensive electricity consumption seven days a week, hospitals, aged care facilities, and retirement villages are ideal candidates for solar.

The system installed consists of 416 solar panels which will produce a yearly daily average of 600kWh. On top of that, the system will approximately save approximately 258 tons of CO2 pollution from going into the atmosphere every year, that is equivalent to planting 480 trees per year!

The Yarram and District Health Service (YDHS) building is located 220 kilometres south east of Melbourne on the South Gippsland Highway in rural Victoria.
