Solargain is an Australian solar power and battery storage company with offices located across the country. Founded in 2005 as a family-owned business, the company developed from earlier beginnings in Western Australia as a small plumbing operation in the mid-1990s before expanding into solar hot water systems and later solar PV technology.

Pos: very well organized process. Plenty of information. Almost all technical questions were answered (addressed to retailer). Neg: only minor remarks. Reluctance to come to the site for primary survey and discussion (other did it). Long waiting period, queue about 1 month long, though I realized it is common with this business. Perfect installation teamwork, all done well, in time and taking my wishes into consideration.

I shopped around and decided on Solargain. From the point of first chatting with Matt through to installation and switching the solar on, Solargain has been exceptional. I could not suggest one improvement. The service was awesome, the communication was outstanding, the professionalism of the install was excellent. Fantastic - very professional. Great price for the solar PV system I chose. I wanted a big solar PV system and it was a difficult design and the Canberra Solargain team had no problems, they were great to me. Highly recommended!

I have no hesitation in recommending SolarGain. They were professional in all dealings right from the original quotation through to installation. Everything was explained in detail, the tradesmen were professional, tidied up after themselves and SolarGain took care of all paperwork dealing with our Electricity Supplier and Energex.
