DQ Electrical

I could not be more happy with the solar system installed by DQ Electrical. After paying the deposit, I had to wait a couple of months for an install date. The remote location may have had something to do with that, but patience paid off handsomely in the end.
The install team arrived on time and had the job marked up and ready to install in the first hour, followed by panels and inverter mounted in the next couple of hours. All up they were in and out in about 3 hours and that includes setting up my phone with the app to monitor the system. Hats off to the 3 installers on the team they work well together and get the job done in no time. I could not be happier.

Have used DQ Electrical twice, for 2 systems on my house (original 6Kw and addition 8Kw systems). Couldn't be more impressed throughout the whole process, from design, quoting and finally implementation. They exceeded my expectations with the accuracy of the work and left the house as if they had never come. All workers were friendly and explained things before proceeding. Both systems are working together perfectly.
Have recommended them to 2 other people who and they are as satisfied as myself. Well done Don and team (again!!!). Not sure I have any more roof space for system #3 :-)

The often say the best judge of a company is the support you get when things go wrong. I had an issues a few months after my Solar Battery was installed requiring replacement inverter. DQ handled the whole replacement including communicating with the supplier professionally, efficiently and quickly kept me up to date from the start. Couldn't be happier with the Post Sales Support I got thanks team!
