The sales quoting process was good considering there were a few alterations made prior to installation day. They were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. The materials used i.e Solar Panels (Trina Solar Vertex 415W) and the Inverter (Fronius Symo) are of good quality.

The customer service from the company was smooth and everything went to schedule particularly since it was prior to Christmas break. Installation scheduled on the 19th and 20th Dec, 2022. Weather was hot for the installers on the tin roof. They worked through it. The contractors doing the job were excellent. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the layout of the Solar Panels. Big thank you to them and to Greg the Installer & electrician who was so helpful and amenable:)

Quick to answer request for quote. Site visit no problem. Explanations before purchase clear and questions answered quickly. Installation went well (hiccup at admin end over date, so 1 week late). System working beautifully once finally approved (8 weeks after installation, possibly the person was picked from the wrong region by Lightning). Great help from Trent everytime I had a query. We are very pleased overall with Lightning Solar and are happy to recommend their work.

Early days to see how well the system works. however the installation crew were professional and Safety Inspection all took place very timely. Admin paperwork was very well documented.
