The quote was completed really quickly. I did have follow-up questions and they were all answered.
On the installation day, the installation team was polite and got the job done. There was a minor issue with the smart meter recording, however, this was dealt with. Having a local company that is responsive was something I valued in case there are any follow-up issues. I am happy with the service from the team.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend LMS Electrical and Solar to anyone considering a solar and battery installation. Their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service made the entire process a positive and rewarding experience. With LMS Electrical and Solar, I am confident that I made the right choice, and I'm excited to see the benefits of my new solar and battery system for years to come.
Luke was very Professional in his approach and honest, and being a Tradie is able to answer all questions related to the install, Tony, Grant the install team were courteous and explain things thoroughly. and show how to use the app to monitor your Solar.
