Audra were amazing, right from the jump. We had a lot of questions around solar and batteries and Matt made time to answer them all. The house has a 3-phase setup, and Audra was the only company to recognise this and quote accordingly. Really helpful, punctual, and even re-wired the electrical box to better work with the install. The reporting to the app was a little off, so Matt came back after the install and checked everything. One small wire needed tweaking, Matt fixed this plus arranged for Sungrow to remote update the firmware as well.
We are extremely happy with the work carried out and would recommend Audra Energy to anyone looking for a competitive quote from a local & reliable company.
