Fortunately, whilst researching solar systems last year I came across a webpage from Solar Power Panels and decided to give them a call. It was the best decision in regards to solar I could of made. Scott answered my call, and after asking a few simple questions he designed a system that has since proved to be cost effective and extremely efficient. At no time during the sales process did I feel pressured. Scott was at all times polite, professional and informative. On the day of installation, the electricians and the installers arrived at the agreed time and fully completed the the job in under five hours. A few hours after the installation team had left, I received a follow up phone call from Scott to ensure I was happy with the installation process and asked if I had any further questions. I have been extremely happy with the immediate reduction in our electric bill from an average of $500 per quarter to an average of $30 per quarter since installing the 6.6kW system Scott suggested. My system has run without fail since installation last year, but the after sales service provided by Scott has been fantastic. Scott rang me once again a few weeks after install to check I was happy and the system.
